PonoFit is a simple app, that helps you have different exercise every time. Outdoors.

PonoFit lets you do your exercises without planning, yet the exercise is different every time. And it does not matter, if you are a couch potato that is just thinking about adding some movement to your life or sports fanatics, pushing your boundaries. Both can create tracks and set workouts that will suit you.

How does the PonoFit app work?

1. Go outdoors and record your track
Select a suitable track, where you can exercise. Walk from the start to the end, and at the locations where you would like to stop and do workouts add stop points. Save the track and name it.

2. Suit workouts to your needs
App comes with some basic workouts. Browse through them, and keep those that you are familiar with, remove those that you would not like to do, and add additional ones. Adjust the number of repetitions / distance / time for each exercise and set workouts recurrence*.

3. Do the exercise
Select the track and start the exercise. Go to the first point of the track. The app will tell you which workout you have to do at the stop point, and which one while moving to the next stop point. Just follow the instructions**, and have a different exercise every time.

* - Higher the number, more frequently it will appear during the exercise.
** - Set safety first. Always be aware of your surroundings and your your physical state. App only suggest, but you are responsible for your actions.

And thats it: You just have to put on your sportswear, start the PonoFit app, and the app will choose workouts on your track randomly and according to your settings. Youll never know how your exercise will look like, but it will be different every time.

Theres nothing more to do. Well, there is: when the exercises get too easy, you have to change the intensity of the workouts.
